Simon is our Managing Director - he is a dynamo - hard working with an encyclopedic knowledge of the law in NZ and further afield. Simon is truly passionate about getting the right results for his clients and that could be anything from a simple will to a multi-million dollar business transaction. Simon balances this amazing work ethic with family life as he and his wife are raising two beautiful young boys.

Fin Meadows-Flower

Fin is our Director working in the North Shore/Hibiscus Coast areas. Fin loves helping guide first home buyers through their purchase process – she always says that she can hear the smiles on their faces when she rings to say their keys are ready. Don’t let that make you think she neglects other areas of the law. Fin has 20+ years experience across all areas of law in New Zealand and has also worked for the privacy commission. Fin is Mom to two girls and in her spare time can be found, walking – especially at the beach, or knitting and sometimes both at once.

Loraine Booth
Counsel/Lawyer
Loraine graduated from Auckland University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Laws and has been practising law ever since both in NZ and Australia. Loraine has expertise in all aspects of property conveyancing especially Body Corporates and is perfectly placed to use this knowledge as she is based at the Wellesley Street office in central Auckland, CBD

Nathan Dunn
Registered Legal Executive
Nathan is a Dunedin export now working in the North Shore/Hibiscus Coast areas. Nathan is our quiet achiever, patient, unflappable, nothing’s a bother. He is our Registered Legal Executive who can mix the best strawberry margaritas, often using strawberries from his home garden.

Michaela Kennedy
Legal Assistant
Michaela is the friendly face that greats you when you walk through the door in our Dunedin office.
She made the big move to Dunedin in January 2024 moving from a small town working in hospitality and as a volunteer Fire Fighter.
Michaela has over 10 plus years’ experience in Hospitality and is always looking to improve her skills.
In her spare time, she is studying to be a registered Legal Executive, plays netball and enjoys getting out and exploring the area around Dunedin.
