Simon is our Managing Director - he is a dynamo - hard working with an encyclopedic knowledge of the law in NZ and further afield. Simon is truly passionate about getting the right results for his clients and that could be anything from a simple will to a multi-million dollar business transaction. Simon balances this amazing work ethic with family life as he and his wife are raising two beautiful young boys.

Fin is our Director working in the North Shore/Hibiscus Coast areas. Fin loves helping guide first home buyers through their purchase process – she always says that she can hear the smiles on their faces when she rings to say their keys are ready. Don’t let that make you think she neglects other areas of the law. Fin has 20+ years experience across all areas of law in New Zealand and has also worked for the privacy commission. Fin is Mom to two girls and in her spare time can be found, walking – especially at the beach, or knitting and sometimes both at once.

Laura is a solicitor with a background in commercial law, having spent six years in private practice before taking time out to raise her family. Since returning to the profession, Laura has also gained valuable experience in in-house legal roles. Outside of work, Laura is a mother of three, raising her children on her husband’s family farm in East Otago.

Anne is our iconic one – Anne was with us for over 30 years and there is nothing she doesn't know about conveyancing – she is a true expert. We wish her a happy retirement and assure you all that her legacy lives on with HTC Law. We are committed to bring the same - if not better - service to all our clients.

Amanda is our bubbly one. She has a wise head on her young shoulders and will always go the extra mile – and then some

Nathan is a Dunedin export now working in the North Shore/Hibiscus Coast areas. Nathan is our quiet achiever, patient, unflappable, nothing’s a bother. He is our Registered Legal Executive who can mix the best strawberry margaritas, often using strawberries from his home garden.

With nearly 30 years legal experience, Linda’s legal career began in Auckland as a school leaver. Her family moved to Dunedin in 2003 where she was employed by Craig Paddon Lawyer as a Personal Assistant/Legal Executive. She specialises in Trust and Estate Administration

Jackie is one of several staff who have bounced back to HTC – and is enjoying getting reacquainted with AML and all aspects of Law after a few years working in the apple industry

Alice comes to us from a background in Finance and is enjoying expanding her experience learning conveyancing. She is loving working closely with clients as part of the conveyancing process as they take each step along the way to their property sale or purchase and finally bringing the matter to a close with a successful transaction.

Rebecca always has a smile on her face and you hear that in her voice when she answers the phone. Rebecca efficiently goes about any task she is asked to handle. Outside of the office she is a busy Mum to a toddler and a puppy.

Jemma is "The Face" of our Dunedin office and because she joins our team from outside of the legal industry she brings a whole different perspective to HTC Law. This is partly why she is so good with our clients - the other reason is that she manages to be bubbly and compassionate at the same time. Fabulous traits for a receptionist. Outside of work, Jemma is a busy Mum to two boys.
